Lin's love of innovation has inspired her to pack up a suitcase-or a home-for wherever her interests lead her.

From her early days, when she won a prestigious (if not lucrative) title as editor of a New York graphic arts quarterly, she's thrived on change and growth. After flying up to lead the Air Canada account at a Montreal ad agency, she went solo and co-piloted customer and employee-centric marketing initiatives at Canada's leading financial institutions. As she strategized on frequent flyer and buyer programs, she accumulated the rewards of teamworking with some of the best people in the business.

Lin is an award-winning specialist in innovation, change management and marketing communications. She lives in Toronto with her daughter, Skye, who gives her an amazing portal to a new demographic.
